WAJIB-UL-ARZ
— Wajib-ul-Arz — Meaning — The concept of Shart Wajib-ul-Arz (شرط واجب الارض) is to be considered as an agreement among the landlords of concerned Mouza, who by their own free will agreed to settle certain rights while considering the public purpose as a prime importance including but not limited to usage of land for the purpose of grazing animals, firewood, graveyard, forest, water reservoir, etc. which can be utilized by all the residents of that revenue estate including the landlords and such land has been called as Shamlat Deh (شاملات دیہہ) common land — Its characteristics could not be changed unless a condition has been stipulated in the Shart Wajib-ul-Arz (شرط واجب الارض), document.
